The Bible tells us that before we were formed in our mother's womb, God knew who we were and what he wanted us to accomplish in this world. I could say that this business started in 2007 but I truly believe in my heart that God had the idea for this company long before I even knew how to walk.
It took me coming into the knowledge of God and separating myself from the world. I was into a lot of things that I shouldn't have been. I was partying, drinking and mingling with men I had no business being with. There was no way that God was going to allow me to uncover my purpose in that state. It took some time but in January 2006, my life came to a crossroad and I had to make a tough decision. Was I going to remain caught up with the world or would I be transformed into the image and likeness of God? As you can see, I chose wisely. I got saved that year, joined a church and my life hasn't been the same since.
In December of 2008, I started my very own publishing company and I self published "The Butterfly Baby". I also went back to school that year to finish my degree in Education. I could go on and on about the goodness of God but another milestone in my life was that I got married on February 14th 2009. My husband is an awesome man of God and I couldn't be happier. I moved from New Jersey to Fresno California
About Us
The Lord put the idea for this book on my heart in December 2007. Exactly one year later, the novel was completed. Since then, many other ideas have come into existence including outreach for young people. I started "The Butterfly Baby LLC." in August 2009 to support the growing demand of my book and also myself. I have been overwhelmed with invitations to speak at women's retreats, local churches, juvenile detention centers, youth homes and shelter and the list goes on.
I have been placed in such a blessed position to be able to share my story and help someone in the process.
